Located near the corner of George and Goulburn Streets, adjacent to China Town. Only 5 minutes to Town Hall station and Queen Victoria Building. 10 minutes to Darling Harbour. There are two entrances, one on George Street, the other on Sussex Street. There is a bus stop 30 meters from the George street entrance. The buses take you to Circular Quay (5~10 minutes depending on traffic).

The rooms are small in size and in excellent condition. They are chic, European-style hotel rooms with ensuite bathrooms, internet access, free foxtell, alarm clock and air conditioning. Bathrooms come with shower, no bath. Triple/quads rooms have bunk beds in room.

There is a dining space and a "chill-out" room on level 1.

The hotel exterior is a heritage listed low rise building.

The lobby is small and is on level 1. Ground floor is a small shopping arcade.

This is a very funky boutique hotel targeting upper end budget travellers, very reasonably priced.
